E-commerce Website Instructor-Led Training & Learning Guides
Logan Cash Car Rentals is a luxury car rental company located in downtown Orlando, Florida. They recently adopted a new e-commerce platform to help streamline their rental process. I developed a learning manual and led in-person training to acclimate new employees to the software.
The implementation of the software allowed the company to have more efficient records as well as cut down the rental speed by almost 30min.

The Caribbean American Association of Lake County (CAALC-FL) is a non-profit organization focused on giving back to the community and enhancing the lives of their members and young people in the community.
In order to better manage their growing member list, we incorporated a membership software into their website. I conducted Virtual Instructor Led Training to promote usage of the membership and website software for club personnel. Additionally, this served as an opportunity to familiarize their IT administrators with the platform.
